Price Promise

We believe that all our products offer excellent value for money and that our prices are the lowest you will find either on the internet or in traditional retail outlets. Even though we're doing everything we can to check our competitors price on a regular basis to ensure we're cheaper, it is possible that we might miss something. If you find a better price, tell us and we will match it, then beat it for you - provided:

The two items must be identical.

The price must be inclusive of VAT and any additional charges e.g. delivery.

The item must be brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock.

This must be the normal price of the item i.e. it isn't in a sale or on special offer.

You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves e.g. website address.

The alternative item must currently be available.

Price promise only applies to goods available in the UK.

If you have found a lower price then please contact our sales team clearly stating the following details:

The price and details of the product you are interested in purchasing

The website of the Internet site offering a better price

Once the price is verified we will take your order and apply the discount

If your claim is successful then not only will we beat our competitors price but we will also give you free delivery anywhere in the UK!
